Steven Lehr is the principal and founder of LehrLaw, a boutique general practice law firm. Steven concentrates on Corporate and Commercial Matters, Estate Planning and Administration, Tax Matters (Controversy, Litigation and Planning), Real Estate (Commercial and Residential), Bankruptcy and Personal Injury. He opened this practice over 20 years ago with a solid work ethic to practice law and help people in need of quality legal services at affordable prices. Steven has assisted many individuals and business owners commence, buy and sell their businesses, plan their estates properly, buy and sell their real estate and reduce exposure to estate, income and gift taxes. Numerous cases have been won before the IRS including victories in United states Tax Court and United States District Court. Steven worked for Cole, Schotz, one of New Jersey’s largest law firms, for many years. Prior to that time, Steven worked for Peat Marwick, NYC in their corporate tax department. He has also worked for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flomm, the United States Bankruptcy Court, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Small Business Administration and various law firms.

His expertise, coupled with knowledge of law, dedication to clients and persistence, has proven to obtain positive results for many years. Many clients return for other services and make other client referrals, which Steven believes is a key to success and long term client attorney relationships.
