Eric J. SzokeLitigation Attorney
Eric Szoke graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science (1991). He earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, with a concentration in Business Law and a specialization in International Legal Affairs (1994). Eric has been practicing law for over twenty years, concentrating in litigation, commercial/business law, trust/estate litigation and personal injury matters (including medical malpractice).
Eric is the lead litigator in the firm. After meeting with a client he assesses litigation risks and rewards to determine how to best proceed in a case to produce the best outcome. Eric’s blend of analytical and mediation skills along with his expertise in the courtroom is the reason for his successful results. Eric has many courtroom victories, including reported decisions of successful cases in the US District Court and the NJ Appellate Division.
Prior to joining LehrLaw, Eric worked for a number of large NJ firms and managed diverse portfolios of clients and cases in complex civil litigation matters.
